Great experience with Magento for Ecommerce Solution

The fact that you can customize every component of your business, with options like email marketing campaigns or even customer support - it's really impressive! It has many features to help make running an eCommerce site easy and quick. I have not found anything yet which is bad about this product; however there are some aspects where they could improve their development team (not as good compared others). If we need more advanced tools than those available from other companies out-of-the boxโ€ฆ

Pros
  • That everything works together very well for us & provides great capabilities across platforms in terms of tracking customers' journeys through different channels including emails via various templates within Mailchimp platform along side Google Analytics integration too.
  • Easy setup process makes getting up&running quite simple at least initially before going full steam ahead..and once setup its pretty much plug n play until changes become

Great Inventory Management App for any business

I like that it is easy to use, as well has good reporting capabilities along with other tools which are great too! It's very user friendly so no issues there at all but maybe could be improved by adding more features/tools such us an ERP system integration or better customer relationship management (CRM) tool would help greatly here? We're solving our problems of making sure we have accurate inventory levels across multiple sites within one platform - saving time & money where possible whilstโ€ฆ

  • Great support team available for any questions via chatbox etc.
  • Lots o' data entry options including images if required alongside basic text entries in addition)
  • Good CRM functionality when used correctly; can store contacts information plus additional notes about customers ecspecially useful during order transactions
