The new cartridges didn't work at first, but you won't believe what happened. The first thing I tried to print on my Brother MFC-J995DW was to copy some counterfeit Trump 2020 banknotes. As it stands, this fake $20 looks almost like real money and apparently the Brother printer is programmed to prevent money from being played. So the printer spat out blank lines thinking I was printing cash. After trying to print other items, the printer works fine. Thanks to Starink for selling ink cartridges…

I can't use this product. My Brother printer has detected a "non-Brother product" and is not accepting ink. Didn't try until my return window was up. I wish there was a warning that your branded product may not accept a replacement. Now I'm stuck with it.

I was skeptical about buying this ink because I read other reviews about it not working for their Brother printers. But I downloaded it and it worked right away. The colors were vibrant and there was absolutely no difference from the mascara I paid almost over a hundred dollars for. I am SO glad I decided to try this mascara as it saved me tons of money. I spent $30 instead of $109! I would definitely recommend this product and buy it again!

Black ink is clogging the nozzles in the printer. The nozzles need to be cleaned every few days. I do not recommend this product at all.

I've only used this printer a couple of times since installing these cartridges but so far they're working fine. I've had no problems with the printer throwing the error code and the color is very good for everyday use. I'm happy with the cost savings this offers. I can't comment on long term use but will be happy to answer a question in the future when I have more experience with these items.

I don't see any difference between OEM and this branded ink print quality. For a fraction of the cost, it's worth it. The only downside is that the user has to view the remaining ink volume in the Brother printer's toolbox as the volume on the printer screen doesn't read the alternative brand. However, this probably applies to all cartridges from other brands.

So far so good, all cartridges work properly. I had an issue that one of the black ones was leaking. But they sent me 2 black ones and that was a good deal. I would say they care about what to look for. They will come back to you quickly. And they want to know if everything is okay or not.

I bought these cartridges with reservation and I was surprised! It was the best I could do and I'm sorry it took me so long and hundreds of dollars later to finally do it. I will definitely be using only this ink in the future and I urge you to do the same. This is absolutely such a GREAT product.

I have double and triple checked to ensure my printer is on the compatible printer list and that I have ordered the correct ink numbers. The cartridges do not fit the printer correctly and the printer does not recognize that it has full cartridges. Very disappointed! Also, I ordered ink BEFORE it ran out and now it's too late to return it.
