This makes an exceptional gift for someone who has lost a loved one. As they say, the looks and quality are second to none. I bought battery operated tea lights so she could leave them on all the time without fear of a fire.

Somewhat disappointed. There are no small details like in the photo. Many holes don't go quite as they should. But it arrived well packaged and intact, and the letters weren't smudged at all. I put a candle under it and it burns well.

I really liked this gift. On arrival I checked it and found it ok. It's beautiful and looks like it's going to last a while. I bought one for a colleague whose father passed away and she was touched, she really liked everything about it. Sometimes it's difficult to find something suitable as a gift, but this is definitely a good option.

I bought 3 of these candles for my family after my father passed away. The only good thing about it is the lesson he taught me. I always look at reviews before I buy. The picture looks beautiful. Skinny cutouts, what's up. It's crappy terracotta that's already cracked and the shapes are awful! I was sad, embarrassed and scared that I chose them as a keepsake for my father. Bought this to give to a woman who recently lost her mother. The first one I received was crooked so I had to send it back. The second one I got was also crooked so I sent it back as well. I really hoped I could give her this lovely gift as the presentation box that came was very pretty and so was the mood. However, I cannot give anyone anything where the inscription is not even. I was very disappointed.

My stepfather died suddenly and I thought it would be very nice for my mother. The first one I got was broken. The top has a zig zag pattern which was damaged when first used. I contacted Revain and they immediately sent another one. Two days later I got a new one and it was undamaged.
