✂️ Razor Edge Scissors with Comfortable Handle - Item# 732 Review

This is my second pair to replace the first ones that were lost. The second pair seems to have a snag and does not cut as easily and smoothly as the first pair of exact style and brand scissors. When they work, they do wonders for people with hand arthritis.

I bought a pair of these a few years ago and liked them so much that I wanted two more (a pair next to each sewing machine/overlock/overlock stitch) . Unfortunately the quality of the product has deteriorated. The new ones are lighter and have sharp edges around the handle (due to the molding process). They are still in operation, but it is clear that cost-cutting measures have been taken in recent years.

When I purchase a brand new product I expect to receive an unused and undamaged version of the same product. In this case, the package I received from Bristow & Ball (North Las Vegas, Nevada) was previously opened, used, and then sealed with tape. The scissors are not of the quality, shape and finish commonly associated with Famore and are dirty, bent and misaligned.
