I saw some interesting ways to store measuring spoons online and wanted to replicate them without punching holes in my closet. This is clearly a fake. Hooks and adhesives were packaged in a thin cardboard box with dirty, sticky (not where it should be) transparent strips with fingerprints on them. The little box came in the mail with an insert on how to use it. Clear strips have no real label. Did I mention they had someone's sticky fingerprints?! I can mention it again as if it hadn't been gross the first 2 times. I'm a teacher and I've seen team products of all shapes and sizes, but that's just not realistic…

They are PERFECT for what I needed them for. I've used Command Strips before and haven't had any issues with them, so I knew what quality I was getting when I bought them. I needed small hooks because I was making a DIY hair ornament frame for my daughter-to-be. They have worked brilliantly for their intended purpose. The size is great if you want to hang something small, and the metal clip is strong, not flimsy, and stretches a bit (see attached photos) so you can clip it on and off with ease.

All in all, Command hooks are one of the most amazing inventions of recent times. They hold the weight very well, are easy to handle and come off the surface without a trace. I bought these hooks for various small jobs including light painting. They will work for such purposes, although the instructions that come with them insist that they should not be used with images at all. I'm not sure if that matters in the long run.
