This is the best product I have found on the market for attaching and securing a CAT 7 ethernet cable to a wall or other surface. The terminals are the perfect size for CAT 7 flat cable. I ordered these along with LED lights which I thought I'd try and see if they worked and no glue on need to use my TV. The tabs are reversible and have one side marked "TO THE WALL" which should rest against the wall when you are ready to stick them. The hook stays stuck on the other side and then pull the tab down when you want to remove it.
