Perfect size for sandwiches

The bread that I baked in it was the perfect size for grilled cheese sandwiches and I will enjoy making bread for future sandwiches, whether hot or cold.

Pros
  • The non-stick surface makes it easy to remove baked goods from the pan, ensuring that even delicate bakes like souffles come out perfectly
Cons
  • May not be compatible with certain heatsources

Chef John’s Milk Bread

Makes a nice loaf of Japanese milk bread (I used Chef John’s recipe). There are small holes in the bottom where butter/oil can drip out during baking, just put it on a baking sheet or wrap with aluminum foil or it’ll smoke.

Pros
  • The pan is rust-resistant, ensuring that it stays in good condition and is safe to use over time
Cons
  • May not be suitable for baking anything other than a loaf of bread

Nice load pan for my opinion

Great pan but don’t expect much out of the lid. It slides right off. So I’m not sure what the purpose of it is but the pan itself is real nice.

Pros
  • The commercial grade pullman pan with Excellent heat conduction can bake bread in less time and keep bread more soft.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for making a large loaf of dough
