great bread pan for my opinion

This pan works great for my homemade sourdough bread! I spray the pan with olive oil before I put in the stretched dough (stretched the dough 4 times), let it sit in refrigerator (lid on pan) overnight (8-12 hours), then in the morning let it sit on counter top for a 6-10 hour rise. When it's raised almost to the lid, I preheat oven to 450, bake the bread with the lid on for 35 minutes (lid keeps steam in), then pull lid off and bake for another 7-10 minutes. Then i pull it out of the oven…

Pros
  • The lid seals tightly, making it ideal for transporting freshly baked bread or for storing leftovers
Cons
  • The Non-stick Monfish Loaf Pan may take longer to heat up than a regular pan

Exceptional quality pan

Excellent bread pan. This pan is well made, sorry, and didn't let steam to escape, whick is needed for what I make. I've made 3 different load types and all came out perfect. All we're easily removed, it is super easy to clean, and the pan is sturdy and well made. Highly recommend. I give 5 stars across the board

Pros
  • Constructed with high-quality materials that ensure even heat distribution for the perfect bake every time
Cons
  • The Non-stick Monfish Loaf Pan may not be easy to store

Works great: my feedback

I've been making bread for years and had never heard of this type of pan until last month when I read an article on must-have kitchen gadgets. I didn't think any of the others were must haves but this looked interesting. I usually use a regular loaf pan and I liked the idea of uniform slices. I read in the reviews that the holes at the bottom caused a problem with dough squeezing through so I put a small piece of parchment paper over the holes and it worked fine. I used a two-pound loaf recipe.

Pros
  • Please note that the size of pullman loaf pan is very large .External Size: 13.58 x 5.39 x 4.8inch Interior size:About 12.8x4.8x3.93inch Weight: 2.4lbs
Cons
  • The Non-stick Monfish Loaf Pan may not be compatible with all types of utensils

HUGE Pullman pan works great

I bought this pan because the traditional 4x4 Pullman pan makes bread whose slices are too small for sandwiches. The pan works great, although I do not understand the row of holes in the bottom. They serve no purpose. As your dough proofs in the pan, the dough flows into and clogs the holes, so they have no effect on baking the loaf (good or bad). They just make the otherwise easy-to-clean pan slightly harder to clean. That said, the heat distribution is good, the loaf came out of the pan…

Pros
  • The Pullman loaf pan with a lid can make a beautiful toast and slices of sandwich bread at home.
Cons
  • May not be safe to use in environments with high temperatures or heat sources

Pan Fits in Foodi best in my review

I used this in my 6.5 Foodi, Bake at 325 for about 34 minutes, Perfect. IMy first try. Read instructions on care. I did not flour the pan when I put my bread in to bake but did wipe it with paper towel tiny bit of oil. No sticking, fell right out no problem . I use bread machine on dough cycle using the 2 pound loaf, that had 3 cups of flour. Nice crust and easy to cut.

Pros
  • The pan’s commercial-grade quality ensures that it is perfect for professional kitchens as well as home cooks
Cons
  • The Non-stick Monfish Loaf Pan may not be safe for children to handle

Expensive but the quality is cheep

This loaf pan is not good to baking. It is not easy for you to take you loafer apart from the pan, the bread will stick to the pan. Also, I don’t think it is my problem. I try other cheaper loaf pan, there is totally no this problem. More, when I clean it, I find the bottom corner cannot clean up. Not recommend it.

Pros
  • The pan’s superior heat distribution ensures that crusts are evenly golden and crispy, while the inside remains moist and fluffy
Cons
  • May not be non-stick enough for some

Pay attention to size metrics

We expected the pan to be slightly bigger. Overall it works good, but the paint below get scrapped pretty easily. Just pay attention to that too.

Pros
  • Makes great loafs with nice crust. Easy to remove the loaf after baking. Easy clean up.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other options available

Perfect for homemade sandwich breads

This pan works perfectly for my homemade sourdough sandwich style bread. And the loaf almost falls out when done; the non-stick works very well (I do put a coat of butter on the inside of the pan), turn the pan upside down over your cooling rack, give a bit of a shake, and the loaf comes right out of the pan.

Pros
  • The pan’s large size ensures that it can handle even the biggest loaves of bread, allowing for bakery-style baking at home!
Cons
  • The lid may not be compatible with covers of different shapes or sizes

Sturdy & well made.

Very happy with this purchase. This is a heavy duty muffin pan. It seems to clean very easily. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • The commercial-grade construction ensures that the pan will not warp, crack, or scratch, even after years of use
Cons
  • The lid may cause the dough to rise unevenly, altering its features

Peeling after 7 months

I enjoyed these while they lasted but after only 7 months of occasional use, no dishwasher, no scrub or scratch cleaning sponges, products or utensils, and no cooking spray they are peeling.

Pros
  • Use it to make bread just about every 2 days. It makes the most perfect loaf. It is amazing.
Cons
  • The lid may make it difficult to check if the dough is ready or not

Excellent Loaf pan with cover

It is easy to use and clean. Can bake a bread in a perfect shape. Can also be used as a container for the bread since it has a cover. I like the product and highly recommend it.

Pros
  • The lid keeps baked goods protected from dust, debris, and insects, ensuring that your creations stay fresh and delicious for days
Cons
  • The Non-stick Monfish Loaf Pan may stain over time

Great Pullman pan in my review

Very easy to use & clean. The lid may not be detachable, causing inconvenience while cleaning! The baked bread comes out of the pan like magic. The loaf is a bit small but delicious.

Pros
  • Just made a perfect milk soft loaf using this and it just looks like the one in the ad image :)
Cons
  • The lid may not be detachable, causing inconvenience while cleaning

This is a well made pan and works fine

I have used it to bake bread multiple times and the outcome is beautiful. You must know the quantity size in relation to the pan you're using for baking. I've baked with and without the lid. both outcomes are great and I love the final product every time.

Pros
  • I have used it for more than 10 breads. I love it so much. Easy to clean and easy to use. Good quality.
Cons
  • Not scratch-resistant, causing it to lose its non-stick features after a few usages

Great loaf pan best in my review

I've had this pan for several weeks and finally got the opportunity to use it when I made a meat loaf for supper. When I washed the pan I didn't have to scrub it at all. NOTHING stuck to it! Just a quick soapy swish with the sponge and it was clean. The meat loaf came out great, too. I really am glad that I found this pan!

Pros
  • The lid is virtually airtight, making it perfect for storing freshly baked bread, preventing it from drying out and going stale too quickly
Cons
  • The Non-stick Monfish Loaf Pan may be too large for some kitchens

Perfect size!: my feedback

This is the coolest pan ever! It makes a perfect loaf of bread. I even made a protein modified sparing fast bread in it and it turned out really well. It’s the perfect size. Very good quality.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Not durable enough to withstand daily usage

Works great for my opinion

Only made one loaf of bread in the pan so far. But it turned out great. Great size for sandwiches. I just wish it had a hinged lid instead of slide on.

Pros
  • The non-stick coating allows for even and consistent baking and prevents bread from sticking to the pan
Cons
  • The Non-stick Monfish Loaf Pan may scratch easily

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Misleading- they don’t all come with lids

Really irritated. The smaller rectangular loaf pan does not come with a lid. Makes no sense. The larger one does. I’ll be returning since this is not what I wanted.

Pros
  • Easy to use, nonstick, easy to clean.
Cons
  • May not be returnable after purchase causing buyer's remorse

Pros
  • The non-stick surface is easy to maintain and never needs seasoning, allowing for hassle-free baking and cleaning
Cons
  • May not be suitable for dieters who require exact measurements

I have already used it three times and each time my bread has came out beautiful. This bread pan is wonderful, easy to clean and store.

  • Fácil de limpiar, muy hermoso y suave al tanto, no se pega nada
Cons
  • Limited ports of sale that may not be accessible to many

Pullman loaf pan! on my review.

Man there’s not enough room to put everything that I like about it. But what I will say is if you don’t have one of these pans you are a loser!

Pros
  • Love at first sight ❤️. Came out lovely. No more bread shopping at grocery store. New gadget in kitchen
Cons
  • Can't put the Non-stick Monfish Loaf Pan in the microwave
