Perfect for homemade sandwich breads

This pan works perfectly for my homemade sourdough sandwich style bread.And the loaf almost falls out when done; the non-stick works very well (I do put a coat of butter on the inside of the pan), turn the pan upside down over your cooling rack, give a bit of a shake, and the loaf comes right out of the pan.

Pros
  • The pan’s large size ensures that it can handle even the biggest loaves of bread, allowing for bakery-style baking at home!
Cons
  • The lid may not be compatible with covers of different shapes or sizes
