Great loaf pan best in my review

I've had this pan for several weeks and finally got the opportunity to use it when I made a meat loaf for supper. When I washed the pan I didn't have to scrub it at all. NOTHING stuck to it! Just a quick soapy swish with the sponge and it was clean. The meat loaf came out great, too. I really am glad that I found this pan!

Pros
  • The lid is virtually airtight, making it perfect for storing freshly baked bread, preventing it from drying out and going stale too quickly
Cons
  • The Non-stick Monfish Loaf Pan may be too large for some kitchens
