Common Home Fashions Shangri Insulated Review

THESE curtains looked like they might provide insulation and style to our home but unfortunately they did neither .They don't block out the light or insulate our home from the cold like we thought they would. We ended up returning them and will look elsewhere for curtains that work better..

I like the color but I don't understand how to remove wrinkles at all. The curtains have deep creases from the packaging and the instructions clearly state not to be ironed or tumble dried. I've tried steaming in the bathroom etc but it still looks very bad. Maybe ironing will harm the quality of the insulation? I am not sure. I would like advice from the seller.
