I like that it is easy to use and has all of my information in one place. Also, it is very user friendly. The program can be a little confusing at first but once you get to know how to navigate through the system, it makes things much easier. It does not have any downsides that I can think of. I like how well it integrates into our website so we don't have to keep two separate databases of people who visit us online vs at physical locations, which is great! It's helpful because now they can be able see their info from both places if needed (physical location or web). The best part of this app is its simplicity to use, it has all you need in one place! It's very easy once set up correctly - no complicated features or confusing menus like other apps I've used before (like Church Manager).
