The interface is very simple to use, it's intuitive even if you're new at this kind of thing! We've been using community sifts as our main communication tool in one particular group that I'm part of; we now have around 50 people who are able (and willing!) communicate regularly via their own channels without any problems or issues with moderation from us - which was always an issue before when managing more than 10-15 users independently through another platform like Slack/Telegram etc..
