This product is a complete waste of money... Through trial and error, I found that it does not deliver any sharpening effect on my knives. The product description says it is an industrial and scientific grade sharpener, but it certainly does not perform like one. The only pro is that it looks sleek and modern. However that is not enough to make up for THE fact that the sharpener just doesn't sharpen. Don`t waste your time or money on this useless product..

The stone came cracked, the case was broken; But the quality of the stone is excellent and I would never return it if I risked getting a replacement that might be in worse condition. I was completely amazed that this 1000 grit stone could make a straight razor. Sharpening almost mirror polished sharp edges on my Japanese chisels in just minutes.
