Performance with slight rough idle in 396. Great for heavy towing in 454c.i. 1,500-5,500 RPM Operating Range. 218/218 Duration at .050". 110 Degree Lobe Separation Angle. 0.485"/0.485" Valve Lift. K Kits vary in their contents, but generally contain a camshaft, a set of lifters, valve springs, retainers, locks, valve seals, timing set, assembly lubricant, decals and instructions. Check description for more accurate listing of kit contents. High Energy grinds are a good blend of efficiency and performance: ideal for performance street rebuilds. Works well with mainly stock components such as rockers, manifolds, heads, compression, torque converters and gears. Fits Chevrolet 396-454 Mark IV Big Block. Made in USA.

Unleash Your Car's Potential

Quality cams and lifters (the BEST as ever) from Competition Cams

Great camera. Competitive cameras have always been at the forefront of the industry. Very happy with the one installed in my 1967 Chevelle SS 396ci.

The amazing power of this camera.

This camera is amazing. Good torque at low revs, but power doesn't come until 2500 rpm. Excellent mid and high frequency performance. Excellent idle quality with good finish. My engine specs are: 468 BBC, 781 heads, 10.5:1 compression, Holley Trick Avenger, Weinand stealth intake, 1 7/8 heads. Thank you Revain for a good price.
