Very Fast Response

Product works great! Once connected, it responds to Alexa commands almost instantly! Good product! I will be ordering more for other places in the house for sure!

Error setting up outlets and accessories

The documentation says that when using the Smart Life app, a QR code leads to their own Teckin app. The Smart Life app does not connect. The Teckin app's basic mode requires my phone to connect to a 2.4GHz network. This is problematic as my wireless router is configured with the same SSID for 2.4 and 5 GHz. In short, it didn't work. I tried AP mode which didn't work either, keeps telling me can't get wifi name even though I connected my phone to Smarlife-xxx network. You will make your way…

Easy installation and great performance

We're not tech savvy so the app installed and set up in five minutes. Has many options and is especially useful for setting a timer to turn the lights on and off on my Christmas tree. Day two and so far it's working great.

I love these things.

I love these things. They work great. Love the timers and the schedule you can set. The only problem I have is that I can't automatically connect them to my wifi, but I can manually connect them. When I do that, they work great. I almost gave up on them until I realized you can manually connect them to Wi-Fi. Definitely recommend them. I use them on iPhone, it's not HomeKit.
