actually i ordered this product for the first time because we just replaced the printer with this model. So far we have had positive experiences. This cartridge is much cheaper than the original HP and so far we don't see any difference. The order was placed and we received it with no problems. We connected the printer and so far it has worked without any problems.

The arrival time was very fast. The print quality is okay for the money. Make sure to print 3-4 proofs to get the best quality.

Excellent quality for a fraction of paper clips, office storage etc. I would highly recommend using tons of toner and it has saved me hundreds of dollars.
