Good for street machines, slightly rough idle. 2000+ stall. 1,600-5,800 RPM Operating Range. 224/230 Duration at .050". 110 Degree Lobe Separation Angle. .477"/.480" Valve Lift. Excellent performance in street carbureted applications. More vacuum allows an increase in duration for improved performance and assists power brakes. Quicker opening lobe profiles deliver increased responsiveness and more area under the lift curve. Best performance with aftermarket intake manifolds, headers and lower gear ratios. Fits Pontiac 265-455 V8. Made in USA.

Not Worth the Investment in Automotive Performance

After trying this product, I am incredibly disappointed. While the pros of this camshaft may be improved horsepower and torque, the cons far outweigh any potential benefits. The installation process was difficult and time-consuming, and the end results were negligible at best. Save your money and invest in a higher quality product. As a hesitant buyer, I regret my decision to purchase this camshaft and would not recommend it to anyone in the market for automotive performance parts.

nice kit, great price!

looks good, but not yet installed. Few petals, but rubs with steel wool and oil without any problems. Great for the price. works and the car will have more hp when everything is ready!fitting in a few months,maybe i will give more feedback after fitting.this is for 67 gto 400!

The camshaft itself is awesome. Loads of power with terrible throttle response, incredible midrange power and really choppy idle. My problem was developing the rest of the kit. First, the valve springs have over 200 pounds of spring pressure when closed and 420 pounds of spring pressure when open. You'll never want to weigh more than 120 pounds on a 400 Pontiac Street/Strip Hot Rod. Pressure closed and 320 open. A little more and you'll wipe the cam and knock the valves out of the heads.
