Good customer service

The faucet of the bidet had started leaking after around one year of regular usage. The leakage was in the spring mechanism of the faucet. So can't fix it using the extra rubber washers they provided. I contacted the customer care. They were responsive and provided me with a new faucet which is working great.

It was worth the purchase

The only reason I don’t LOVE IT, is because when water is turned on to it, you have to be careful about pressure, so opening the valve to allow water to it, is how you have to control water pressure, and that is kind of annoying. Would love to be able to just turn on and the handle pressure be able to better control the flow with how hard to press… not sure if that makes sense. But overall I still use it regularly to wash my cloth diapers before the go to washing machine.

The water pressure was stronger than expected. However, it works great.

Easy to install and easy to use. Don't like how you need to turn of the nozzle after every use because you have to reach behind the toilet to reach. If on and off nozzle were located at sprayer location it would be best.

This has changed my life

I almost never write these reviews so, believe me when I say this has absolutely changed my life!I came to US from India 6 years ago. Every half-descent household there has some kinda bidet so, I was very used using them.Of all the opportunities I got in this country, I had one major reservation and that was having to wipe my butt with these tissue papers. UPDATE: it leaks and reduces flushing power

Update: Well after a few days the leak has disappeared and the flushing went from having to flush 3-4 times to back to normal. Maybe it was a "priming” in the plumbing issue after disconnecting to install. So far, I like this item very good. It is easy to use, I don’t mind cold water, I don’t use if full strength. A gentle squeeze does the trick - someone said his rear was raw - well don’t use the full force water. For the price, this is pretty awesome and I love the total clean of the thing.

Very easy installation

Very easy installation , it was a little leaky but with washer was able to fix it , the spray gun is not sturdy and forced to use the knob in t tap to be sure

Tricky to install but indispensable for cloth diapering

I used to run my baby’s dirty cloth diapers under the bathtub faucet to clean them out before throwing them in the wash, and it was awful. This sprayer is a game changer. The water pressure actually manages to wash out every last bit of poo with no trouble! Works as advertised!

Installation instructions were easy and was able to install in 15 minutes. First day of use and it is working as advertised. Happy customer so far!

Super easy to install

This bidet add on is super easy to install. It doesn’t take more than 5 minutes. Also, there is different pressure depending on how much to press the lever. We use it to clean ourselves and also when I clean the toilet it just makes life easier.
