    Effective but difficult to use

    Figuring out how to fit and wear properly is extremely difficult, even with instructions. The video greatly simplifies what the real process looks like. Fabric layers/folds are confusing. Only suitable and effective with professional help. A more comfortable design is needed, especially for people who already have back, shoulder, or neck conditions that may worsen when trying to wear this. It doesn't appear to have been tested on real patients.

    Good product! better back, neck and shoulder support

    I am a physical therapist working in a rehabilitation center and I know the importance of good posture to avoid injury when lifting patients. I wear the Str8-n-Up when I get home from work and it's great and reminds me to keep my shoulders in a good position. It really helps release any tension I feel in my neck and upper trapezius muscles. The only problem I found with this product is that the hard plastic piece can cut into your shoulders when sitting in a chair and can be uncomfortable.

    Totally worth the extra money, very comfortable

    I have purchased the Milex Corrective Back Bridge magnetic back and shoulder brace for posture support with magnetotherapy and this product and it has been THE BEST (two others for sure) same btw). It is very comfortable and can be worn both under a jacket and over clothes around the house. Very comfortable and easy to put on if you follow the instructions.     Back feels straighter when wearing but not when taking off

    Ordered this in X-Small although the chart suggested ordering a size small and I am so glad I did that I did this because I can Feel it weaken after a few weeks of wear. I wear it for about 30 minutes a day and while I'm not sure if it has actually improved my posture, I do feel like my back is straighter when I wear it.
