The main problem I had with customer service was the size chart. I had to order the next size up and send it back as it was too tight. Therefore, for me, the displayed size chart is not accurate. Otherwise, the knee brace provides excellent knee support.

I really like this product. Unfortunately I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and having surgery on my right knee in 2016 left me with irreversible swelling and damage and causing so much pain every day. I've tried so many braces and retainers, even the ones my surgeon gave me. But it gives me the support and compression I need. I wear it to help with housework, cycling and hiking. I also like that I can adjust the straps to my liking.

All I can say is that the aches and pains are gone. I was very skeptical because (thank goodness) I have never bought or used a knee brace or brace of any kind. But I had a very uncomfortable pain that came from a pinched nerve. I wore the brace at night for a week or two and after three weeks the pain was gone. I use it from time to time when I feel a sensitivity in that area. But mostly I'm fine. Many Thanks.

The first day I used the product it was pretty good, it compresses well and fits snugly. After wearing and wearing it for 5 days straight, it has stretched to the point where it has no compression. Or should I say very little compression. I was hoping that the contraction would last a few months instead of expanding all at once. But the fabric has lost all its elasticity.

Amazing! A month ago I injured my knee snowboarding. My progress has kind of stalled. I've been wearing this item for three days and I'm seriously impressed with the difference it's made.
