Very little actual compression effect. It's just a nylon shirt. There are ventilation pads in the armpits which is good, if the rest was some kind of texture to offer more compression it would be perfect.

These shirts fit my body and look very good! I liked how they keep the body in shape. The only minor thing is they don't keep you as warm as other buyers have mentioned but I don't really need them to stay warm so that's fine with me. All in all a good deal for three shirts!

I mainly use these shirts for training. They are comfortable, breathable and pleasant to the touch. They dry pretty quickly. It fits as expected. If you want a looser fit, order one size up. So far the color has not faded after 10 washes. I personally love the design and the colors. I have received many compliments.

I have had Black Point leggings, a t-shirt and a sleeveless t-shirt for a while. It took me a while to find this long sleeve t shirt and I definitely got a 3 pack. Paying $20-$30 for 1 compression suit, TI can wear them under any number of short-sleeved cotton t-shirts, especially black or white, and they're perfect for cool weather.

Bought these as rash guards for martial arts and the gym in general and sun protection when driving. I'm so surprised how big and comfortable they are. They also look like superhero outfits which adds to the coolness. Both my friend (5'7", 285", 41" chest) and I (4'11", 16" in women / 1X, 38DD) can wear L comfortably. Medium fits as a compression shirt, L sits loosely a little around the middle.

Bought these to use as a golf course in the cooler fall/winter weather here in the North East when I can get out. So far they seem to be working fine. They are not as restrictive as I would like, but they fit well enough and are not restrictive. The tactile feel of the material differs from most other expensive compression athletic apparel. It's not made to keep you warm, that's for sure. They'll make a nice spring running shirt or even a summer beach or sport shirt to keep the sun out.
