My 16 year old son wears it under his jerseys for training and matches. He's a pitcher and demanding in terms of fit and comfort. It has lived up to its expectations.

The shirt fits my suit perfectly. And I will be using it in the future IF and IF I go to the gym again lol. The only thing is that it smelled under my armpits even before I put it on. But I washed it and the smell is gone.

I know some people who like very tight shirts. They are dense but not too thick. The only downside is that about 6 inches of material is lost around the wrist (particularly on the wrist). If I had bought a large one to fit more snugly around my wrist. Chest, waist and biceps would be smaller. was tight for me so I'll lose it on my wrist.

A compression shirt might be hard to describe. I bought the medium and it's the right size for me. It fits like a medium. But it's not really a compression shirt. I have the ones that have ab support so I look like I have a 30 inch waist. It's not like this. But they fit well and are a great bonus to wear in place of a t-shirt. I wear this under my shirts to work and it's a nice color compliment. I bought 2 and would buy again.
