Are you considering quality glide?

This iron stopped working on October 29th. I had this model more than seven years previously when the tip came off. It was still working until the day I got a new one. I bought a new iron on September 5th. It seems to me that the Conairs production has seriously deteriorated in quality management. Shipping and delivery of this iron was excellent. I have no complaints about that. But what to do with a non-working iron?

Just what I needed!

This curling iron is easy to use and perfect for my hair. I needed a smaller curling iron after the barber "cut" my hair. Luckily I was able to pick it up the next day. Excellent price.

Don't waste your money on a professional curling iron - this is the best curling iron.

I've never used a professional curling iron, this one works just as well. Just like 1 inch, they last forever and give you plenty of warmth - they don't rise high enough to burn your hair like some of the more expensive ones do. Definitely a best buy for the price and last a very long time Top brand!

Don't worry - buy a decent wand instead

The picture is wrong and this problem seems to be becoming more common. The curling iron is actually just a wand, which I didn't want at all. The clip holding your hair is *maybe* 1 1/2 inches long at best. I'm not even sure what the purpose of the clip really is. I'm really annoyed right now.

This does not appear to be typical Conair quality

This product heats up well but doesn't seem to get as hot as my other air conditioner. I also noticed that all the numbers on the heat gauge were gone in less than a month. Concerned that this might be a counterfeit product.
