These little lights give excellent bright light and are good for videos. However, they are limited, so to speak, in the positions they can fill. Only two pivot points (right on the base and on the lamp head) allow for rotation, and the main pivot points have a limited range of motion, making it difficult to get them at a good angle and height for your setup. I have to play around with the geometry and table edge placement until I get the alignment right.

This light is very well made and really works - my webcam video looks a lot better using this light. The stand is great and keeps the light right where I want it behind my monitor (right next to my webcam). My only issue is that the controls are on the neck of the stand, next to the light source. So they're right behind my monitor and really hard to reach (I'm using an ultra-wide 49-inch screen). I wish they had a remote control or a wired control button box similar to the BenQ light bar. This light is just what I need for my WFH setup, bright enough for my daytime video calls when the window behind me is very bright and also dark enough for my night work in the dark is. cozy and warm environment.
