Useful tool when managing an organized events

The most helpful feature of this app is that you can create your own schedule, which will be available to all participants in the event. This helps with organization and planning. I dislike that it's not possible to export the schedule as a PDF or Excel file. It would be great if there was some way to do so. Also, it is hard to search through the schedule once you've created it. Create a schedule ahead of time and then export it as a PDF or Excel file. You'll save yourself a lot of stress if…

Pros
  • Ability/ease of access from any device good user experience; very intuitive.
  • Easy uploads (photos) ability organize events into categories such "meeting" vs "workshop" etc
Cons
  • Can't easily print an entire calendar page
  • Not easy enough process when scheduling multiple sessions simultaneously
