Their support staff are very knowledgeable, responsive to our needs -- even when we had questions that were beyond their expertise! I wish they would have more documentation for new users of B1E (such as myself). The best thing about this program is that you can use it for both small and large businesses which makes it easier to implement in your firm. I really like how smooth it runs, its easy to use. Sometimes i get confused when using it because of all the features. It's great for any size business. If you're looking for a good software for accounting then I highly recommend it. It has improved my work flow by making things more organized. It also helps me keep track of everything which has helped my
