Their support staff are very knowledgeable, responsive to our needs -- even when we had questions that were beyond their expertise! I wish they would have more documentation for new users of B1E (such as myself). There isn't much out there about using this product so it's hard when you need help solving an issue or want some explanation from someone who has used the software before/understands how things work. If your looking at getting into ERP system then look no further than Consensus Intl. They will walk you through everything needed in order to get setup with all aspects of the program necessary to run any business effectively. We use consensus bO because its been around forever - meaning not only do we know what works but also why certain features are set up the way they are by default.
