Easy way of keeping everyone up-to date and organized

I like that it's easy to use for both admins as well end users when searching through records in our database system which has been developed over many years by multiple developers from different companies with no central control or ownership structure; this makes support difficult at times but not impossible! We have had some issues integrating into other systems (which we are working towards resolving) so far there isn't much i dislike about constellio eim yet - however if you're looking…

Pros
  • The amount off help available online, especially via email is really good even though sometimes time consuming.The way all data stays together across platforms also useful..also ease of access once logged onto platform itself.
Cons
  • Nothing major unfortunately although my personal preference would be more customisation capabilities regarding colour codes ect

Very good Business Intelligence - Decision support Software

The ease to set up rules for customizing results as per business requirements/logic in combination with its flexibility make it very strong product from my point-of view! We are using this software since last 3 years without any issue at all which makes us feel confident while recommending others too use this tool. Nothing much yet but we have started facing issues when running queries across multiple indexes or databases (we're not sure if that's due to our system configuration). Since I am…
