Not suitable for microwave or freezer. Complete garbage.

I've hardly used them, but almost all of them were warped or cracked. I use them for freezing supplies and leftovers. But if you want to reheat something in it for longer than 3 minutes, say goodbye to the container. And one of them fell out of the freezer and just broke. They're weirdly bad. So bad that a long time ago I went through my order history just to find an order to review. just take something else It's useless.

  • Nice
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Happy With My Containers (first)

I ordered these for my frozen berry sorbet that I make in my Ninja and freeze. These containers work well for this and the lids seem to hold my sorbet in the container and are easy to put on and take off. I just received them so can't comment on their longevity but time will tell. Very happy so far. After a few weeks these are cracking and breaking in the freezer. The plastic is too flimsy and flimsy. Some of them are now unusable. I wouldn't buy them again. I would return them if I couldโ€ฆ

Screw top lids are awkward to close and occasionally open

This is a great deal compared to the Rubbermaid screw top jars which I prefer but I'll take the Rubbermaid jars with their higher cost because the threading on these screw-on containers is tedious. It's a shame because they're pretty straight forward, meaning they're pretty space efficient. Unscrewing lids is a hassle, though, as they're designed for items we don't use very often, and Rubbermaid containers (red screw-top lids) are still used for storing things.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Identical ziplock with screw top

I make these containers as an upgrade to various reusable ziplock and Glad containers that we use to freeze batches of chicken broth. The old containers had press tops which were generally fairly light (28.6g) compared to the screw top containers (40.4g) made for Ziplock. This product is almost identical to Ziplock, weighs 40.7g and has identical design except for the logo. The capacity is actually 3.25 ounces larger than the nominal 2 cup, allowing plenty of room for ice to expand when youโ€ฆ

Ideal for freezing food ahead of time

Sometimes we don't have much time for dinner so I regularly cook a slow cooker full of soup, especially during the fall and winter when soups are a welcome warm meal or chili, eat it for dinner one night and then freeze the leftovers in these containers for future quick meals. They are beautiful and durable and I haven't had any leaks so far. If you drop one of these on the floor when filled with frozen soup, as has happened to me on occasion, it will likely break and have to be thrown out, but
