This is what I was looking for. I love Contigo and have been using their products for many years. I had a plastic bottle of Contigo with a straw, but I use flavored water in my water and before I knew it I was having mold problems. I use this bottle every day but can't keep it clean. This one is way better. Can be dismantled for thorough cleaning. Keeps drinks cold/hot. No leaks. I have no complaints. Would I buy again - two packs were a bonus.

The drink stays hot or cold all day. Doesn't sweat which is great! I particularly like two really nice things about them: the lid is attached but is very easy to hold while drinking; and second, the tip at the very top is made of a different material, so it's not very cold or hot to drink from. I drink powdered drinks in it and they stay very cold, but I rinse them off immediately so that the mixture in the lid doesn't dry out. Also a big plus - fits in my cup holder.

Everything I've bought behaves the same: works perfectly for the first month or so, and then when the mouthpiece is unscrewed and replaced, it holds up no bigger ice icy. I know this piece falls off so you can stuff big chunks of ice in it. But once you intentionally remove it, it starts randomly detaching if you just try to remove the lid. Just do that damn wide mouth thing to start with. On the other hand, the delivery was fast and the goods correspond to the description.

I bought these two bottles to replace one I bought from the store a few years ago. I drove my tractor on Monday and I didn't spill a drop as you know. I kept using it until my replacement arrived and now it's going in the trash for a well deserved rest. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be that I suddenly had a better grip on it after overrunning it. To reduce my soot I refuse plastic water bottles and switch to filtered water and use these bottles instead. After soaking in soapy water, they retained the soapy taste. Then I soaked them in hot tap water at 135°C. I had to do this twice to get rid of that taste. The gray mouthpiece comes off. This is necessary to facilitate cleaning. This way you can add regular ice cubes. It may come off when you open the bottle to drink. Be sure to clean it before use and remove the paper inside the bottle.
