The tire is too tight on the rim. Difficult to fit

When I mounted this tire, this tire was insanely tight on the rim. I mean insanely tight. I scratched my new wheels and blew a hole in the chamber as a result. When I had to take it off because the Presta valve stem was too short. I couldn't get the damn tire off. So damn tight. I gave up. I'll take care of it if the tube bursts. I was afraid of that day. Worst damn tire.

Looks and rides good

I drive about 20 miles a day in Brooklyn, NY so my tires are exposed to a lot of different surfaces and damage. I ordered the 25s in blue and green and am very happy with them. I know some people say they're only for e-bikes, but they work great in urban areas with a regular bike too. Haven't seen any unusual wear so far and they offer solid traction. I haven't noticed any real rolling resistance issues as they are soft but then again I've only ridden them in cold weather. I also love the…

Faster and easier to pedal.

LOVE these tires, especially for the price. The rolling resistance is SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the hybrid tires my wife had on her bike. These were branded hybrid tires but still a big improvement for these ultra sports. I spotted it on a 1.5 mile loop back to back and saw a 19 percent time savings. If you're not interested in speed, that means easier pedaling for the occasional ride, or longer rides before you tire, or more miles without charging on an electric bike. It could still ride on…

Took them off after 4000 miles

These tires wear very well. I've ridden them for over 4,000 miles and they haven't started to wear out much, they're more durable than the Ultra Sport II. I took them off the aero frame, they sit fine in static, yesterday I noticed for some reason a century-long ride that the front end barely rubbed the underside of the V-brake. I don't know why I didn't notice this earlier with my frame. Guess it wasn't enough to slow me down LOL Oh I used 28mil tires. Another reason I took them off is because

Smooth and fast ride with great grip

I have put just over 100 miles on these tires at the time of writing this review and am very happy. They roll fast and smoothly with great traction. I see some people complaining about apartments. I really can't comment on that part because I didn't have them (knock on wood). Again, I'm using an inner tube, so if I go flat, it's most likely not the fault of the tire itself. Installation for the wire bead version was pretty easy, even with the plastic tire arms. I don't really get into the…

Great city tires! Update for 3 months at the end of the review.

As any reader knows, this is the only review that tells you what you really need to know. I read them myself and there are some bad reviews here so I'll fix that in a moment. As a bike mechanic, reading these reviews made me think that every bad review comes from someone who doesn't ride around every day at all, or has absolutely no idea what they're doing and can't work on bikes. As for my rating, I really like these tires. They were very easy to install. The reviews say they are difficult to…
