Great update to the original Contour

This bag is awesome. Good quality and spins well. Fits comfortably under an airplane seat. The handle can be very long for tall people, but also adjusts down a notch and locks into place for those of us who are a little shorter. The telescoping handle feels a little flimsy, but it survived a week-long trip involving 4 planes and airports. I LOVE this upgrade to Kensington Contour K62533US.

Thought it would be more spacious.

Love the look and the wheels. It is very manoeuvrable. The design occupies a decent part in the middle, so nothing can be saved in this part. I put my travel mugs in the back, put in my laptop and some essentials like pens, napkins etc and it's full. I would like a little more space in the front. Overall it helped me carry so much on my shoulders so it was worth it.

Need a good spinner bag with some improvements

This is a good product. Useful for everyday use, especially when you don't need a bulky laptop turner. If you use it when traveling and want to carry extra things, this bag is too small. The back contour does not make the bag bulky, but the bag loses some space. Removing this contour allows you to increase the space, for me it's perfect. An advantage of the center handle is that it balances both sides and the bag will never tip over to one side, even when fully loaded.

I love this bag! on laptop accessories

I keep finding new things I love about this bag after flying it 4 times. It has enough compartments to fit everything (essentials, cables for two laptops, headphones, glasses cases, books, casual wear, snacks, water, etc.). I can also easily slip my purse into my pocket when it's time to combine my 2 carry-ons. The only problem I've had so far is one of the latches is loose, but so far it's holding. Also, I don't like that the front open compartment only closes with a magnet. This compartment…

One step forward, two steps back

It's nice that Kensington has finally added casters, but they look cheap and definitely don't feel as solid as the two wheels on the previous model. The two crossbar handles are a nice addition, but Kensington's designers seem to think they can't add features without removing more. The side pockets get in the way when trying to use them for water bottles, and the depth is about 2 inches less than the previous model. Part of the lack of depth is due to changes to the pockets, where the main…
