💫 Elizabeth Mott Contour and Highlighting Palette Review

I am very pale and this product suits my skin tone well. If you wear foundation darker than ivory, this product may not suit you. The reason for the 3 stars is that it comes with a lot less product compared to other kits I've had. I also only use bronzer because I have another highlighter. The highlighters are the same color as my foundation, if not darker, so I don't need them.

I AM A WOMAN WHO LOVES MAKEUP. I've tried many different contouring palettes and this remains my favorite. I use the highlighter to a minimum but the contour colors are perfect for my skin! I start with a liquid foundation and apply powder. Then use the contour brush on my cheekbones, temples and the top of my forehead. This contouring palette even comes with a little guide book with ideas on where to apply the colors.

I was very skeptical at first about ordering the Contour Set without trying it, but now I'm very impressed! The colors are well pigmented and last all day. I wanted to buy the Anastasia Beverly Hills kit because I read so many good reviews, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. It seemed like the next best thing and I'm so glad I got it! I get compliments on how good my makeup looks and I feel more confident knowing I don't have to wear as much makeup during the day. I really love it!

I have very pale skin so I have to be careful with contouring or I'll look wrong but that's not the case with this set. I'll start with highlighters (top 3). The highlighters on me are almost translucent, which is what I'm used to from highlighters, but the 3rd from the top has a bit of shimmer (actually highlights what's HARD for pale skin). I use makeup, but contouring is relatively new to me and I haven't mastered it yet. I've tried a few different brands and also currently have a more expensive set that I find a little less useful than this one. The colors in this palette are not very dark and go well with my very fair skin. better than the expensive ones above. I WOULD GIVE THIS 5 STARS BECAUSE IT IS SO VERY SHINE YOU JUST MISS A LITTLE MY COSMETICS. I AM VERY BLONDE WITH BLUE EYES. IT REALLY HELPS TO GIVE A PLEASANT SHINE. I ONLY WANT TO HAVE A PALETTE FOR BLONDES. Possibly bright colors? I USE VERY LITTLE AS IT IS A LONG WAY.

I have very fair skin (redhead) and light tones suit me very well. The light pink didn't give me the same coverage as the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Cream on the dark eye area. However, I don't think it's entirely fair to compare this cheaper powder to a high-end cream.
