GOOD PERFORMANCE - POOR BUILD AND SERVICE

After hearing and reading about DaLite in various places I decided to try it for my home theater. I ordered the screen and when it was carefully installed to specification (using professional equipment including spirit levels) I was very disappointed to see that the fabric did not hang properly and there were ripples on the viewing surface. It's not easy to contact DaLite service (despite their warranty) as they insist you contact the dealer and the dealer usually doesn't understand the issuesโ€ฆ
