Bought this for my husband after hiking in our new RV. There are no side tables or places to put a cup of coffee or a TV remote next to the sofa and he kept muttering that we needed something for the sofa armrests. I went to my first place to shop - AMAZON! - and came up with this ingenious invention. That works great! It's non-slip (on a faux leather couch) and durable enough for a cup of coffee.

Great product but don't sell me something that isn't 100% new if you tell me it is. The black built-in stands creak, scrape and scrape. I removed this sticker from a black area. where there was no protective film. Because it's not new. If I thought I was getting honest and conscientious customer support, I would expect at least a 50% refund without having to send it back. I bought this item because I don't have room for a table in my apartment. It arrived as described and looked exactly like the picture from the online shop. I gave it a 4 because my armrest isn't big enough to support the full width of the top board which is 4 3/4 inches and my sofa armrest is closer to 4 inches. I wasn't sure about this product and thought it was too expensive but decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did it because it works well for me. My LG Magic Remote fits perfectly in my side pocket and I wasn't sure if it would fit as it has a thick base. I was a little worried it wouldn't work on my rounded sofa back. The hand I use the most is next to the hallway where there is no space for a small table. The product came with a non-slip mat with double-sided tape to attach the mat to the armrest. The glue on the tape attached to the anti-slip mat melted and became liquid when I opened the package!
