Too small. The buttons are difficult to move and press. Nothing like the original JBL, which was well thought out and easy to use. This remote worked and is probably fine if you're not picky or don't use it often.

Better than original, I bought this for my JBL 5.1 soundbar because I lost the horrible original remote. This remote control has better reception than the one supplied with the system. The design won't blow you away, but it works and works well.

I lost my original JBL soundbar when moving house and the sub woofer somehow came loose when I moved it to its new location. No rebooting of the bar or subwoofer is going to get them talking to each other. I ordered it as a replacement and it worked right away. It's not a flimsy piece of cheap plastic. It's a nice weight and feels like a quality product. Pairing the two devices together worked like magic and required no configuration.
