I have a device running Android version 10. This collar did not "connect" to my phone. It detected and connected to Bluetooth, but the collar didn't show up as an active device in the app. Called their helpdesk during business hours based on their time zone (CMT) but there was no answer so I exited the virtual machine. called back 7 hours later. The service person was not smart and not helpful. I loved this product and the fact that it is app controlled. Very disappointed it didn't work.

Works great as a bark collar. The range from my phone to my collar sucks. Basically only works if the dog is right in my yard. which defeats the purpose.
