My son loves the high top Converse with straps. It's time to increase its size. They don't offer the same support as running shoes, but are great for everyday wear.

I ordered these shoes on June 8, 2020. These shoes were torn at the back of the heel during the first week of December. My son is 4 years old and didn't even wear these shoes every day. The fact that they broke in less than 6 months is disappointing. Poorly done if you ask me.

My son's size 5 Nikes were getting tight (and he didn't seem to notice the sole falling off) so I ordered a size 6 instead of them to send him to the shoe store and he is very happy with it. They seem to keep his feet reasonably dry as he walks the 50 feet to the bus every morning. Buy crew neck socks because if he tries to put on short socks, the shoes will pull them off the heel and cause blisters.
