Easy-to Use Email Marketing Tool That Works

The ability to have one platform for all my email marketing campaigns. I like that it's very easy to customize and create emails quickly without having to learn any new software. It can be slow sometimes and not always reliable. Sometimes you'll get an error message when trying to send an email and you have to refresh your browser or try again. But overall, it's been working great for me so far. I've been able to use this tool to easily create and send out several different types of emails…

Pros

  • Ability add HTML code into messages
  • Very good customer support from sales team.
  • Fast turnaround time between requestsI dislike:
  • Some bugs here & there.
  • Can't upload images directly within CRM
  • Email templates are hard coded no way around

Easy-to-use system for new hire onboarding

The system seems easy enough for most users, which we've had little experience with (we're small). We were able to use it effectively right away without much training once our account managers set up profiles for us so they could answer questions about how their product worked from day one for both staff who used them daily and new hires coming onboard quickly afterwards. With only an hour's worth of instruction per user, I would say not too many problems - just be sure you have your processes…
