They are too small for use on a gas stove, they are a bit flimsy so they get hot very quickly. I can use them on my smallest burner but not with my regular spatula. I hold small pans with one hand to keep them from tipping over.

I cook small portions for myself and they go perfectly with most of my portions. Being simple is great, they don't take up storage space and are easy to clean. One downside is that because it's so small, the handle gets hot when in use. Small problem, most of my old pans had this too. I will buy again.

We needed pots for example 2 eggs, 1 piece of rotisserie chicken and so on. They work great. We had a 5 inch pan that we use all the time that seemed to always be in the dishwasher so we had a few more. Holds 2 eggs for cooking and a handy spatula for turning. A grill pan is great if you want to pour some oil into the pan and lightly "seale" part of the grill. So they work for what we need

Great little pans. I often make my husband an egg or two for an egg sandwich or just to eat. These pans are perfect. Use a square bread for square bread or a round bread for rounder bread from the baker. One or two eggs can be boiled in it. Just use some oil to cook them. Haven't used a skillet before, but it's good for a hamburger or whatever else you cook in a skillet. As long as nothing burns, it cooks quickly and is easy to clean. Very convenient!

I thought the reviewers who said these pots were too small were exaggerating. A slice of Wonder White Bread barely fit into the square shape. If you choose to grill the cheese, you won't be able to flip the sandwich without it flying out of the pan because the pan isn't wide or deep enough to flip the food. Grease from the oil will most likely fly out of the pan onto the burner since the pans are not wide enough to cover a standard sized gas stove top burner. The blue gas flame appears around…
