Good long lasting product but we have found that we are very limited in bulb size as they need to be carefully hand harvested in order to to use the device.

It was a little smaller than I thought it would be but still a good size for a medium onion or anything else you can chop. Easy to store and clean

Worked fine. I'm not sure if that works any better than doing it manually. I've tried both methods and I think I prefer to do it by hand with a knife and on a cutting board.

He could be made bigger and stronger. It works, but it takes way fewer onions than you would at a restaurant. As we prefer to stay at home than eat out, I'm lucky to have it, but it really could be better.

It was very easy to make all the cuts with a sharp knife. When pickling the onion before slicing, I found it easier to hold the onion roots up and place the onion bloomer upside down to position the onion correctly!

First, find a sheet of Vidalia small enough to fit in the holder (they come in large sizes). The bulb did not bloom as expected. I did better with a knife. I'm debating whether to return 6.99 or try to use it to cut other small items.
