I worked in a factory and that's a godsend! They blow air directly into your neck and cool you down. They are light and very quiet! They also have a tear-off cord for security. Batteries are quickly empty. I recommend the battery!

Two of the three fans were broken on arrival. There was no spring in the battery compartment, so it was impossible to work. One working fan worked fine, but 1 out of 3 working fans was far from ideal. Missed his time slot to return due to illness. Definitely disappointed.

The wind wasn't as strong as we would like, but calm, light, comfortable to wear. A set of AA alkaline batteries lasted a day at the amusement park (about 8-12 hours).
