One of the BEST in this genre!

I have had an OLD Cooper meat thermometer for many years. Almost 45 years later, it didn't seem to work anymore. I bought several others but none of them kept the exact temperature. In conclusion, I would like to say that this is probably the most accurate of its kind on the market at the moment.

A great choice for both novice and intermediate cooks

* Arrived on time as a Christmas gift * As described by seller * Works well We used this for a chestpiece. The long pen is good. Balances a top dial that is easy to read and exactly matches the grades advertised. We recommend both the product and the seller.

Accurate, easy to read

I tested the accuracy of this thermometer by comparing it to a Fluke Instruments Type K thermocouple thermometer. Response time is decent, but not as fast as a thermocouple. I can't comment on the durability as this is a new purchase.

Pros
  • Thermometer and timer
Cons
  • Almost everything included
