Fits AND Works for my opinion

I have a large head, my 9 year old daughter does not. We were both able to wear this hat comfortably. It shaded well and was quite cool. We were doing a lot of paddling, if you are bending your head down, you will want to wear sunscreen on your neck as parts of your low neck will be exposed to sun. Just sitting/standing noramlly, your neck will be protected. Pony Tale opening worked with a hair tie or without. We dampened ours in the river to keep cool, the matieral holds up well.

  • It really helped out at Disney World. Keeps head cooler while in the sun for hours.

  • It may not be suitable for formal events or occasions

I believe these hats are made wrong

These hats are made for sun protection, first and foremost. I live in Florida where we desperately need sun protection all year round. The thing about these…the brim is dark charcoal on the top. They should be reversed; with the charcoal on the underside of the brim and the color on the full top of the hat and brim. Why would you wear an almost black hat in the sun? You may, however, have a dark color on the underside to cut back on glare and reflection to your face. I believe these were…

AWESOME HAT - my new review

Very comfortable and durable. Took them on my trip to Disney World and it did the job great! I am allergic to sunscreen so I have to cover up well not to burn and these did a wonderful job keeping my face from burning!

Great cheap hat in my review

Just want I wanted.cheap, light, gets my ponytail off my neck, blocks the sun! It does come folded with some creases but I was able to get the front crease out with a warm iron.

Cute and comfy good for me

Cute and fits well! I was worried because I have a small head and no ponytail, but fits great and the material is as expected. Can’t wait to wear out in the sun! I am not a big hat person, but will wear these! I got the blue and purple.

Don't order if you have a big head

I wish the hat had a little give to it. I have a little bit bigger head and this thing is tight. I definitely won't have to worry about it blowing off if it's windy out

Love the purple shade!

Just got it today. I have an average size head and it fits snugly. Nice facial coverage. Love the adjustable pony tail hole. Hope the string holds up.
