After a few days of use this robot can do its job. Wipe dry the first time, then change the mop and wipe a second time with water or detergent. Glass can really shine.

My robot has never worked since I opened it. The instructions were not very helpful and the manufacturer did not reply to any of the emails. This is definitely an item not to buy.

Please save your money. This thing isn't worth it. If you think you're going to save time, you won't. You will spend more time fixing and moving it. Window for widows, you could do the cleaning by yourself and spend less time.

My windows were clean before I started this unit. Brand new seals on every window I've made. Terrible streaks on the windows after use. Does not move around the entire window even when a pattern is selected on the remote control. waste of money and time. And the customer service was ridiculous. Sent back the next day.

give this one 2 stars instead of 1 and bring it back to amazon as we can use it for our two tallest windows but it's not very efficient. It's better than hiring someone - something to do with climbing stairs 30 feet off the ground, he obviously can't clean corners at all and only works with large panes.
