This handlebar bag is perfect for your mobile phone. It's a big, chunky road bike (sometimes my knees bump against it on the inside). It's definitely big enough to hold spare hoses, cartridges, etc. My phone stays dry in the rain, but I did break a sweat due to the Louisiana heat and humidity. I was able to use the touchscreen about 75% of the time through the case.

About what I expected - a sturdy good quality pannier. Clear plastic creates glare on the phone's screen, but that's to be expected. The main problem I have is that the bag opens from right to left and you have to open it from behind the bike's stem. This is a design flaw that makes opening the zip difficult, otherwise you'll have to attach the bag farther from the stem.

Perfect size! The clear cover of the phone case is thin enough that I can use my phone WHILE I WEAR GLOVES! The ipper felt very tight at first and I thought it got caught somewhere. Then I quickly realized that this makes for a really tight seal, preventing water from getting in and ruining the contents of the bag. The bag closes with 3 Velcro fasteners, 2 on the cross tube and 1 on the stem.

This is very impressive! It's light, but the sidewalls have adequate rigidity. The clear plastic case is large and fits an even larger phone than my iPhone 8. The clear plastic case actually allows the phone's touchscreen to work, unlike any other case I've tried. There's quite a bit of storage underneath the phone, and there's a nice stretchy compartment to keep things in place when the top zipped door is open. This is a great little pocket for keys, snacks and bills. Plastic protection to allow the touch screen to be used. usually. I struggled with this a few times, but maybe I wasn't holding the phone tight enough. The bag is a pretty good size and on my bike, which is a bit smaller to fit me, I sometimes bumped into it with my knees. Not really a problem as it has the stuff I need and protects my phone from the rain I've been in more than a couple of times.

Overall this is a good bike bag. It seems well done. I believe this will protect my phone and tools in the rain. I can still use my phone through the clear screen protector. Swipe works, but Touch ID on an iPhone obviously doesn't work as the sensor can't read fingerprints through plastic. The strap closest to the stem is just enough to reach the down tube. Overall a good product. Spacious, with easy phone access, although you have to take your eyes off the road for a moment. Shouldn't be a problem if you're careful. My only real concern is the steerer tube rubbing against the front of the pouch when cornering and although I've only had it a few days I expect it to wear out fairly quickly.
