Heavy Duty. I add wire. Tight curl. Clamp the wire into the holder a few inches apart with the new connection facing down. Then heat from the stitch and fill with electro solder.

Excellent battery/cable lugs. The quality of these cable lugs is impressive. Worth every penny. They also crimp very well. Spend a few cents more and get the WindyNation brand, you won't regret it.

I used these clamps to replace the wiring on the Harbor Freight 12000lb Badland winch. The power cables are completely corroded from the inside. These terminals have an inside diameter of .400" and an outside diameter of .500" and are ideal for InstallGear 1/0 wire. They crimp well with the IWISS crimping tool.

Because Revine's photo is so crystal clear, so; I didn't like the 3/8th hole along with the lack of copper around the hole. I chose 5/16 because of the tight fit of the battery screw, which I really liked. However, I had to drill 5/16 by 1mm. more for a fit I don't need.

Nothing to say. They are made of real copper and are thick enough to provide a quality hammer crimp even on thick 7-wire wires. Good connection and not corroding at all even months later. Was able to drill one out to accept a 3/8" eyelet without the drill bit grabbing it and turning it into a pretzel, which is saying something too.

I also bought these 5/16 some with 3/8" hole terminals, I've used 3/8" on the battery terminals and they fit just about everything else, starter, new fuse link, the I added the generator (with files), I poured solder into the fittings, wrapped the wire with more solder, put on heat shrink tubing, pushed the 2 ga wire into the fitting until it bottomed, I then used my hydraulic crimping tool ( which I really liked) and crimped connectors, then I also used a small butane torch and melted the…
