ONE SIZE ONE **NOT** FITS ALL. It's too high in the neck for a little side sleeper. The head is tilted upwards. I wish they offered different sizes. ALSO, IF THE PILLOW WAS "CUT" TO ACCOMMODATE THE SHOULDER AND HAD A NECK BRACKET AND A SLIGHT RECESS FOR THE HEAD, THIS WOULD BE THE PERFECT PILLOW FOR SLEEPING ON THE SIDE. I hope Copper Fit will create multiple sizes to fit more people, rather than just one size. The search continues. etc.

First, I love the ergonomic "design" of this pillow for aligning your head, stomach, and neck. However, this "standard size" pillow is surprisingly very small (see photo of this pillow next to the standard pillow). The idea of having side pads for the arms when sleeping on your side is a good idea, but the pillow's narrow width makes it impossible to use the curve. Ordered extra pillowcases, very good - soft and thick. As we love the design we will be ordering a "King" size - fingers crossed…

Better than the pillowcase that originally came with the pillow in my opinion. Although I'm reasonably well off financially, I'm quite frugal, so I don't usually spend more than $20 on a pillowcase. However, I have to commute back and forth between home and the hospital, sometimes staying overnight for days, so I don't want to cross infection either at home or in the hospital, so I absolutely need 2. Comfortable, soft/hard ratio gr8, excellent ergonomics. The only thing I complain about is that the cooling aspect is not as good as the 4me. Sometimes I wake up at night with a sweaty head. I cover with a pillowcase but was afraid to just use the provided cover and nothing else. I noticed a big difference in neck alignment.
