Copper Versaille Arch For Stunning Garden Décor: Gardman 8241 Review

I wanted something to place at the end of a garden path that would be easy to remove in the future if necessary. This product is wonderful. It was so easy to put together with one other person to help. It is not flimsy. Once installed it is wide enough to get a mower through and it is secure. We have had several storms with strong winds and the arbor has held up wonderful. It looks like a garden product that would cost alot more than it was. You will love it.

Had tried to order this item on another website and ended up waiting over 7 weeks before they again told me it was on back order. Thanks to Revain I was able to get it within 7 business days and for a little cheaper than the other website. I have not seen anything on the market this color and it was exactly what I was looking before. Don't think that because of it's price that it is cheaply made or looking. It is definately an item that adds to your yards curb appeal!

The rust factor started immediately after I started to assemble it outside. That is a forewarning that this thing is NOT going to last very long. But, due to size and weight, I can't send it back. I just strongly advise that you don't buy it because it is not powder coated and paint is not well applied to even last two days? Mistake - but I can't send it back and will put it up until it rusts apart!

Based on the other reviews I was afraid it wouldn’t be sturdy enough for my honeysuckle, but I’m glad I bought it! I’m very pleased!

I am very pleased with the ease at which the Kensington Arch was to assemble as I was able to assemble and erect it in its place by myself without any help. I feel that in itself was a huge achievement that added a few brain cells to my mind and boosted my ego. It is a very attractive greenish color that blends well in the garden. The honeysuckle vines that I planted on each side are working their way up the trellis and soon to be enjoyed by hummingbirds.

Arrived in shipping container without any damage. All parts for construction were present. Assembly was easy. A small problem was encountered attempting to insert stakes into arch frame. A little muscle and Vaseline did the trick. Looks good in the yard. Except for the stake issue, generally satisfied.

I assembled it myself and very easy instructions but it takes two people to help you stand it up. This trellis is used for my garden beans, love it

Before purchasing the arbor, I had read all the reviews on this item. Therefore, there were no surprises. The green color would not have been my first choice, however it gives an aged look. The assembly was fairly easy. I have a wisteria on each side and within weeks of planting them they have already starting growing up the side. Very pleased with this item.

I purchased this Gardman Arch and while assembling it discovered one of the arch beams was defective. The welded nut was stripped. The easy fix would be to replace the defective cross beam. While researching this item. The Gardman Company, not amazon, stated that this arch was made in USA. Actually on the box it states made in China. The arch is very nice and easy to build, but it would have been better had I known this was not made in the states. I would have looked for a different one. I might just repaint it.

I am really impressed with this arch! After reading other reviews I was kind of skeptical about the color. Some reviewers said it was a bright green but I ordered it anyway, after all it was going in a garden. There were no assembly instructions included. After a 50-50 chance of "this way or that way" attempts, I got it. It was pretty easy. I was surprised that it was black with a green overwash. No where in the online description did I see the part about it being green. As it turns out, I love the green, adds depth and character. But if I'd had my heart set on black I would have been disappointed.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my sister. She loves it! She says it is very sturdy and easy to assemble. It is a beautiful addition to her garden. Highly recommend.

This item is of good quality and looks very attractive once assembled. The directions were awful so I just threw them out, laid out the parts and put it together using my creative skills.

So far, so good. Instructions were clear, all of the parts were of good quality, and it went together smoothly. Having a partner to work with makes the assembly and installation project easier. Too soon to tell how the arbor will handle the elements.

This comes exactly as the picture shows. Very sturdy and easy to put together, best to have two people. It came very quickly, the box was very beat up but nothing was damaged and all parts were there. The only complaint I have is I wish it were about ten inches wider. Had to modify this by cutting 30" off one side to install on a wood bench, but that has NOT compromised the security nor strength of the arch. Unfortunately one hole was not placed correctly and we cannot attach the last panel so cannot use it. This is a major hassle.

I was worried that this would not be sturdy enough but it turned out to be just what I wanted. The area that it is gets a lot of wind and it has worked well. It was easy to put together, my climbing plants look great on it!
